  • If non tour team member add $30 additional to monthly tuition if enrolling in the following classes:

FEES DUE AT REGISTRATION

  • Classes : First Months Tuition (Call To Schedule Quote Review)
  • One-time registration fee (new families only) : $25 per child
  • Tickets Fee : $150 (covers 10 family and friends tickets. Parent & Sibling free entry.)
  • Uniform Fee : Cost will vary depending on class selections (diPA Leotard, diPA T, diPA Sweats, diPA Shorts, diPA Jazz Pants- $25/ea)
  • Performance Fee : $60
  • Tuition late fee: $35 (after 1st day of each month)
  • Costume fees: $50-$100 per class (Due Dec 1st)
  • Bounced cheque fee: $35
  • Competition Fee: (To be updated)
  • Recital Video Fee: $30 (Due Jan 8th)
  • Late Costume Payment Fee: $50

I hereby release and agree to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless diPA Center, their owners, and staff from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of my child or myself. I also agree to full responsibility, financial or otherwise, for the conduct of my child and myself. I understand there is no refund should my child be dismissed from this program or the diPA Center from conduct deemed improper. I understand there are NO REFUNDS for payments made or tuition paid. The diPA Center is not liable for any lost or stolen property of any participant. Also, by signing this form I understand that diPA Center has the right to use photos and video footage of myself or my child for advertising and promotional purposes. I accept and understand all of the information provided in this form.
