My daughter had been at another dance company and the end product was not edifying in any sense. So after 2 years we previewed diPA by enrolling into the summer camp and performing in the diPA Summer recital. We were so pleased by her participation in the Hip-Hop routine that we decided to enroll her in additional classes. This year she has joined the tour team and we are so excited. Miss Dodds is “the bomb” ! She is so spirit-filled and honestly a good person. She is able to pull things out of children that will amaze you. It has been such a huge blessing to be a part fo the diPA family. I highly recommend this dance company for any parent who wants their child to grow and mature in dance.
I can’t say enough about DIPA. Our girls have attended their summer camp program now for over 6 years and each year I am amazed at what Mrs. Dodds is able to accomplish through them. They have had growth in their dance ability, in their health consciousness and also most importantly, in their spiritual walk over the years and DIPA has been a major contributor. Its program is unlike any other I have seen in that they take a wholistic approach towards their members and because of that, our girls love being a part. Children at DIPA of all ages show an ownership in their art that is rarely seen elsewhere. DIPA is more than just dance–its ministry of Gods love through art.
